Power up your confidence for better health

Lots of my clients come to me asking for help with their confidence and also to have better health.

It’s really become clear that the two are totally linked. Confidence to have better health is so important. 

Let me explain my thinking. 

The principles of my coaching are based on each person being what’s known as a bio-individual. This means that everyone is intrinsically different. I base my work with clients on several areas of health which include nutrition, movement, relationships, finance and career amongst other things. I think even though we are all different we do all need one thing that above all else can lead us to better health. 

I think this one thing is confidence. Confidence and self esteem are needed for example to be resilient when up against life’s tough times. This can lead to better mental health and also the ability to bounce back when things get difficult as we all perhaps feel with life right now. 

You’ll also need confidence to perhaps start a new career or apply for a promotion. With my coaching I help people to become unstuck and move forward in life. 

Watch those limiting beliefs fall away when you feel empowered. 

When have you needed to power up your confidence to improve your health? To stop smoking maybe and find the strength to stop leaning on the crutch of tobacco.  This is for sure an area with you need grit to fight through an addiction. 

How about when you start a new healthy eating regime. It’s hard to change our diets for the better and you will need to put your big boy or girl pants on to start and keep going with this for any length of time to improve your health. 

Let’s also not forget that first trip to the gym, the new class you’ve signed up for or the first PT session. Wow, if you don’t feel a little uncertain and need some extra confidence at this stage then you are a little unusual I think. 

Starting a budget and saving plan for the New Year? This takes a confident mind to find the determination to push forward and be strong enough to set savings aside and stick to a future focused finance plan.

Next up, relationships …how do you operate when it comes to these?

With the ability to ask for what you want? Are you able to easily set boundaries with partners or friends and colleagues? Damn, this is another area you’ll be better with bags of confidence. What is it they say in the movie called “The Holiday?” You should be the leading lady in your own life. 

Lastly and perhaps one of the most important things you’ll need your confidence for… to really love yourself and look after yourself.

So I really think that by powering up your confidence 2022 could be your  healthiest & happiest year ever!
