  • As a special gift, each attendee will receive a free 15 minute health consultation. This personalised consultation is designed to support you on your journey to better health by offering expert advice tailored to your individual needs. Whether you're looking to improve your diet, manage stress, or enhance your overall well-being, this consultation will provide valuable insights and actionable steps to help you achieve your health goals.

  • Where the Lunch and Learn is delivered online, full recordings will be made available after the event for future reference, or to be watched by anyone who was unable to attend.
