It is designed to provide an in-depth exploration of stress management, resilience building, and overall well-being. The workshop includes interactive activities, practical exercises, and group discussions to ensure an engaging and impactful experience.

We take a holistic approach to nutrition, sleep, and movement, enabling participants to achieve optimal health and well-being. We also offer supplementary services, such as on-site wellness massages, and menopause experts, to enhance the overall experience and leave your team feeling revitalised.

Corporate wellness workshop
Sarah delivered a great session on Work Life Balance to a small group of Xerox Colleagues, this was part of a wider project focusing on overall Wellbeing. Following a briefing call, Sarah aligned her presentation with our specific requests and focus areas. Sarah covered a broad spectrum of well-being topics. By looking at how the pandemic has impacted our working habits, she also gave insights into how to evaluate our individual wellness.

  • 1:1 sessions are available to further support all staff. Participants can schedule individual sessions with the health coach to address specific challenges and tailor strategies to their unique needs.
