Up to six weekly sessions over a period of three months, either in person or online, covering:

  • Goal setting for health and wellness

  • Accountability

  • Guidance on nutrition and exercise

  • Stress management support.

What do our Employee Health Coaching Sessions Include?

  • Including mindfulness, time management, healthy lifestyle habits, and relaxation techniques.

  • Each attendee of the bespoke wellness coaching programme will receive a comprehensive package of weekly resources, including health handouts, meal plans, exercise plans, and sleep support programmes.

    These materials are carefully designed to guide and support you throughout your wellness journey, helping you make sustainable changes that improve your overall health and well-being.

  • Participants are encouraged to engage throughout the session, share their own experiences, and ask questions of our experienced health coach.

  • An interactive health quiz facilitiates active participation and provides personalised insights.

  • Following the final session, attendees will benefit from two months of follow-on support via WhatsApp. This allows for continued accountability and personalised assistance as you implement the strategies and resources provided.

    Through regular check-ins and direct communication, you'll receive ongoing encouragement and guidance to help you stay on track and achieve your health goals.

  • Where the Lunch and Learn is delivered online, full recordings will be made available after the event for future reference, or to be watched by anyone who was unable to attend.
