What is a Health Coach?
And how can one help me?
A health coach is a professional who works with individuals to help them achieve their health and wellness goals. A supportive cheerleader to focus on just you and your physical and mental health. We are experts in behaviour change and provide a vital new solution to the growing healthcare crisis and work at the very heart of lifestyle and unhealthy habits.
More and more these days stress levels are at breaking point and people are relying on stimulants to get through the day like sugar, caffeine, fatty foods and alcohol.
Health coaches typically focus on areas such as nutrition, exercise, stress management, and overall lifestyle improvements. I work one-on-one with clients, in group settings, and offering corporate wellness programs.
As Health coaches we are trained to help clients develop bespoke plans that take into account their unique health needs, preferences, and lifestyle factors. They may provide education and resources on topics such as healthy eating, physical activity, sleep habits, and stress management. They may also offer guidance and support to help clients overcome obstacles and stay motivated as they work towards their goals.
Often client have barriers and challenges which stop them making lifestyle changes and so Health coaches help them discover these and find a way to overcome these barriers so that the client can easily step into a healthier, happier place in their lives.
Overall, the goal of a health coach is to empower clients to take charge of their own health and make sustainable lifestyle changes that can improve their overall well-being.
I specialise in the area of Women’s health and find great joy in helping women through menopause, with weight loss and also in building confidence.
Having the support of a coach is truly an amazing experience and can benefit people from all walks of life. They can often save you money too by helping you reduce the amount you’re spending on the unhealthy foods or stimulants. Maybe if you reduced the amount of take -aways and started to cook more often for example. A Health coach will also keep you fully accountable during the coaching program. This way when things get difficult you have the complete support of your personal cheerleader who has only your interest at heart.

I love the saying “Give people you love the best of you not what’s left of you” We all deserve support sometimes and a Health Coach will give you just that.
